Smarter Messaging, WellSky Clock In/Clock Out Processing, and Easier Outreach

We've been working on some behind-the-scenes improvements to help Phoebe get smarter, plus a new beta feature for clock in/clock out automation and several updates to make caregiver selection and shift management easier.

Help Phoebe Learn and Improve

We're continuously working to improve Phoebe's ability to learn how you would like her to communicate with your caregivers. Your feedback is extremely valuable here, so when reviewing messages Phoebe has prepared to send, please use the thumbs up/thumbs down icons and add any commentary you have.

This directly shapes how Phoebe will generate messages in the future. You're teaching Phoebe!

Clock In/Clock Out Write Back to WellSky Beta Testing

Beta testing began this week allowing Phoebe to process clock in and clock out requests automatically. If a caregiver texts Phoebe asking to be clocked in, Phoebe can handle this without any intervention from your team.

Small Improvements and Bug Fixes

Caregiver Selection for Outreaches

We've improved the experience when selecting eligible caregivers for outreach. You can now update how many eligible caregivers return per page and bulk select caregivers (by shift + click). Use the filter to see just the caregivers that have been selected prior to starting your outreach.

Set Shift Confirmation Status for Assigned Shift

If you need to set a shift confirmation status without sending the caregiver a shift confirmation message, you can do so by clicking on the "Assigned" status and updating it to Confirmed or Declined.

Assign & Fill Messages are Now Editable

You can now edit the message that is sent to the assigned caregiver and other interested caregivers during the Assign & Fill process. If you'd like to make updates to the default message that is sent, please reach out and we can help you customize it.

Caregiver Assigned to Outreach Visibility

For outreaches in the "Filled" status, the caregiver that was assigned to the shift will now be displayed in the Shift Details section of the outreach as the Filled Caregiver.
