Beta Testing: Clock In/Clock Out Reminders for AxisCare and HHAeXchange
We're officially underway with beta testing for Clock In and Clock Out reminders for AxisCare and HHAeXchange organizations. Phoebe can now automatically remind caregivers to clock in and out, helping reduce missed punches without your team having to chase anyone down.
If you'd like to be part of the beta group, just let us know and we'll get you added!
Phoebe's Memory is Getting Sharper
We're continuing to invest in and enhance Phoebe's memory to make caregiver recommendations even smarter - with our first group of outreach recommendations respecting memory rolling out this week! The goal is for Phoebe to get better and better at surfacing the right caregiver for the right shift, informed by learned along the way.
This includes things like caregiver availability patterns, client preferences, and details caregivers share directly with Phoebe over time. The more your team uses Phoebe and the more caregivers interact, the smarter her recommendations will get.

Small Improvements and Bug Fixes
Caregiver EHR Profiles Linked in Outreach
Caregiver profiles in your EHR are now easily accessible when reviewing responses to your pending outreach. Just click the link to the left of the caregiver's name to open their profile directly.
View Caregiver Distance When Filling Outreach
You can now see how far each caregiver is from your client when reviewing outreach responses, making it easier to sort by availability and proximity when deciding who to assign.
